A bit pricey, but you pay for good ingredients. This Donderos' is the cafe inside the Oconee Health Campus for Piedmont Healthcare. For being a small location, they still have a good selection of baked goods, sandwiches, and snacks. They also serve coffee, tea, and bottled sodas and juices. There is a fridge/freezer with family sized ready-to-cook meals and desserts.
