Almost everything is over priced and packaged to appear to be low priced.

I LOVE the Scan and Go option! I just wish that the Wi-Fi signal was stronger. Missing those long lines is great. Sadly for my pocketbook, I think I spend more money knowing I don't have to unload and load everything.
Employees are trained to PRETEND to care, but can't do anything to help.

Employees lack basic communication and customer service skills. Orders aren't ready to pick up at specified times. 95% of the cashiers are grossly underqualified to simply scam orders and tale the proper forms of payment.
