Unfortunately I will never come here again. I've tried twice to support a smaller company but I guess I'll just have to go back to Lowe's. Takes forever to buy anything, people are not helpful. Frustrating
The cashiers complained loudly about being at work. However, when they noticed I was unsure about a purchase, they were quick to assist me in making a decision.
I sent my lawn mower there twice and the first time they said there was a gumball jammed in there and when they sent it back it was broken. Then this week I got it back again and it's still broken and the motor won't start up this store is a scam and rip off. My money was thrown in the bin like that? They are liars with horrible customer service and they put random stuff in ur machinery and destroy them. Or maybe they are just racist! Yeah you heard me racist! And I know that ace hardware will be reading this so delete it if u want to. I don't give a crap.
