Approved me for a house and scheduled a day for me to drop off deposit. Ended up giving house away to another tenant prior to scheduled appointment. Wasted money, gas,time, and energy! Has yet to refund my application fee.
Rob was up front and straight forward from the very beginning. He was able to purchase my house for a fair price and he paid all of the closing costs. Several of the other companies I talked with would not give me a straight answer. Rob shot straight with me and did exactly what he said he would. I would definitely sell a house to Rob in the future and would recommend using him.
On top of the issues with the town home, the residents here are less than lackluster. I have had over $500 worth of things be stolen from my mail and the property managers have not done anything Except for telling me to get a PO Box which I will have to pay for out of my own pocket. There have been multiple break-ins in the area and the property manager expressed to me who the culprits were. Do you think they have made those people move out? Of course not. A couple days ago a child had a gun in our neighborhood and again nothing has been done about this either.
Now your issue" however, RAC Properties went above and beyond to correct the issue, repair any residual damage, and prevent future issues. Thank you so much for making my home buying experience amazing instead of a nightmare.

On the plus side, if you can't smell anything you don't have to worry about the water, if you like company you'll have plenty of roaches as friends and if you don't own anything nice you might not be a victim of any of the theft that occurs.
I have been living at 1 of the RAC properties town homes since April. Since April I have had very minimal things be fixed that were supposed to. Because the maintenance man no longer works with RAC my entire move in list was never even fixed and I still have nails in my windows so it prevents me from opening my windows, pretty sure that's a fire hazard. I still have German roaches that have been here way before I ever moved in. My water always smells very bad and to this day the property managers have not done anything about resolving the issues. They did have bughouse come out here 5 different occasion's to spray but each representative had informed me that the whole Complex would need to be bombed to get rid of this issue. I am very upset because I pay quite a bit of money out of my own pocket without any type of government assistance and I still have to live in filth. If you are looking to rent from arayssi properties, please beware and understand what you are getting yourself into.
