The first server on the line today was very rude. She didn't want to take our order, she had an attitude and everything we tried to order, she would roll her eyes or smack her teeth as if we was bothering her by placing the order. I refused to be treated that way. I called back to speak with a manager and he apologized for the rudeness of the server and he was happy that I called to talk with him. Talking to him was the only good part of the visit. For the server: Newsflash if you are in the business of serving customers, you're going to need to use proper customer service skills or take the day off!

The breakfast at this restaurant is good mom and pop Hometown cooking five stars on the food. However the staff could work on their friendliness and customer service skills.
Just came here for a late breakfast and got the lunch menu. The food was awesome. Classic southern cooking. Country friend steak, roast beef, fried pork chop, classic country veggies and corn bread, that sort of stuff. Good price for a plate with generous portions.
Also, the guys running the counter were super friendly. The young dude making the plates has the perfect service personality. I'll come back if I'm in Athens again.

Breakfast is delicious and wished I lived closer.
The food is pretty good. I eat there frequently it's one of the last meat, and 3s left . Better than another burger. I appreciate the fact they support our veterans.
