DANGEROUS! They put $$$$ before your safety. I bought a used sig pistol from them. When I brought it back with the initial complaint of odd flyaway shots, i was told I was limpwristed and didn't know how to shoot!?!?! Took that with a grain of salt. My second complaint led to a technician disappearing with it for nearly 3 hours... to put 10 shots in a target (very likely he had to deal with what I had to deal with>>>>). The VERY next day one shot in particular felt off? So I stopped firing and cleared the chambered round... only to find the last bullet fired stuck in the warped barrel!!! The next shot would have been catastrophic failure!!!! I returned it for in store credit... and presumably it was sold as is to the next poor sucker to come along. I hope whoever it was didn't wind up in the ER!
I enjoy going to Franklin's gun shop the employees are very knowledgeable and polite. They go the extra mile to make sure you leave a happy camper
Not the most attentive salespeople. Assume they know more than everyone else in the building. Most of them do NOT. Decent prices. Usually willing to haggle.
Very nice store - the staff was friendly and helpful. Although I did not buy anything this visit but will do so in the near future. I really liked the concept of the riffles and shotguns being accessible so you can up close and personal.
What can I say other than I absolutely love this place! From a clean bathroom (the key is hanging on the post as you go towards the back)to a great staff with pretty much every thing a guy or gal could ask for in weaponry!
